The Custom Nature of Our Craft
Under Australian Consumer Law, businesses are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. This is especially relevant for our products, as each magnet is uniquely created using your specific imagery.
We kindly ask that you review your photo selections and crops carefully before finalizing your order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your heirloom magnets arrive damaged during transit or feature a manufacturing fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law. We are committed to ensuring your family history is preserved perfectly.
How to report a fault:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Email [email protected] with your order number.
- Include clear photographs of the damage or fault and the packaging.
Print Quality & Expectations
Please note that the final print quality is directly dependent on the resolution and lighting of the photo provided. While we use archival-grade pigments to enhance every image, we cannot be held responsible for poor quality prints resulting from low-resolution or dark original files.
Return Shipping
In the event of a confirmed fault, Little Archives will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other approved exchanges, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
