We handcraft and pack each order with care from our Geelong studio. Here is everything you need to know about how your heirloom magnets make their way to your home.
Standard Shipping
A flat fee of $10 AUD applies to all standard orders within Australia. Standard shipping is free for orders over $100 AUD.
Delivery typically takes 3 to 6 business days after dispatch.
Express Shipping
Need your magnets sooner? We offer express shipping for a flat fee of $15 AUD across Australia.
Delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
Production & Dispatch
Because every single magnet is custom printed, hand-mounted, and checked by hand in our Geelong studio, please allow 3 to 5 business days for production before your order is dispatched. We believe that true quality takes time, and we appreciate your patience as we prepare your family keepsakes.
Packaged with Care
We pack all heirloom magnets in protective, eco-friendly packaging designed to prevent any bending, moisture damage, or scratches during transit. Your items will arrive beautifully wrapped and ready to be placed on your fridge or gifted to loved ones.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package leaves our Geelong studio, we will email you a tracking number and a direct link to monitor its journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.
