By using Little Archives, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both our studio and our collectors.
1. Custom Orders & Content
When you upload photos to Little Archives, you represent that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it. We reserve the right to refuse orders that contain inappropriate or offensive content.
2. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Your order will only be processed once payment is confirmed in full.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We handcraft each order with care in our Geelong studio. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, Little Archives is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or international customs. For more details, please see our Returns & Shipping page.
4. Intellectual Property
The design, text, graphics, and logo on this website are the property of Little Archives. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any part of this site for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
Little Archives provides archival-grade products. However, we are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the website. Our liability is limited to the replacement of faulty items as outlined under Australian Consumer Law.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be settled within the jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
